What a great day!

Fabulous food, great company and the usual Birsay Bay Tearoom views!

Thanks wholeheartedly to those who made it possible and supported us…

AND by no means least those who came, sampled, enjoyed and gave us such a huge boost to our fundraising…

WINE TASTING - Aberdeen Nov 24th

Thanks so much to friends and family who appeared, imbibed and supported us so generously. Well done Ben for winning, the Sangster girls for coming last and 2nd last and Ally for donning Wim's lycra cycle suit to present the prizes.......!
A great night was had by all.
A grand total of £450 was raised by those present and those who couldnt make it on the night.

Without the donations of wine from Mickie at Sainsburys (Berryden), Andy at Oddbins, Trevor at Tesco (Westhill), Somerfield (Orkney) and Duncan McLean (Longship) the night wouldn't have been possible. Likewise the wonderful food from Ben to soak up the wine!

Vietnam Charity Cycle Challenge 2008

In November 2008 we will undertake a Charity Cycle Challenge from North to South Vietnam raising money for two charities close to our hearts - Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Alzheimer Scotland.

We will update this blog as we progress in fundraising and training to keep those supporting us informed of our 'journey'.....
